Led the migration and implementation of 140+ financial products for large retailers and insurers. Designed and standardized the company's migration framework, which became the default model for all new client onboardings.

Leads roadmap execution, discovery, and delivery for large-scale financial platforms. Works with a 15-person engineering squad to launch and evolve payment, subscription, and insurance systems that today process tens of millions of reais in live transactions across major Brazilian retailers.
